Update the staging branch to better represent the current state of the site

dandre.elliss requested to merge Staging_Update into staging

Changelog: This mega change will allow the staging branch to be utilized as intended

  • Took the master branch files and overwrote current staging files related to the BESPIN website, deleting any superfluous files
  • Created a backup of staging, in the event of catastrophe
  • Obviously not best practices
