The deletion of the auth policy for monitoring is still a "pending" change in my mind - I'm not sure why it was needed in the first place which makes me hesitant removing it altogether even though it seems to fix the issue. Would appreciate if you can review and test @ryan.j.garcia , I'm also still looking into it more to see if I can find a different solve or root cause for what's going on.
