BULL-1196 | Onboarding video on P1/IB page is corrupted

The changes made were simply just reuploading the video. The current video on master does not work once you download it due to not being able to view the whole video and skipping within the video - possibly corrupted upon upload. The video I have pushed allows you to view the entire video and having the ability to skip within the video.

I believe this is the solution to the issue mentioned in BULL-1196.
