Description

Since a lot of the use cases for launchboard are changing, we're going to need to refactor the database for launchboard to handle them. Based on the database mapping from https://jira.il2.dso.mil/browse/BULL-2843 and the team planning outlined below, implement the requested changes.

Acceptance Criteria

• Database is refactored for launchboard according to the above changes.
