Bull 1012 | New Feature: My Projects Card View

The goal of this update is to match the new design which displays a card for each favorited Gitlab project and indicates if jobs in a pipeline have failed by turning the color of the card red and displaying which job failed within that pipeline.

Additional work will be needed to get the full functionality of the design:

• -> Links from backend to front end to include the latest pipeline, Confluence page, and Jira page.
• -> Pipeline name is not given from the backend
• -> Branches being merged is not given from the backend
