Following the readme, you should be able to create a "production" instance of launchboard. Launchboard-be relies on a Dockerfile within the launchboard-local-dev root directory (the launchboard-be dockerfile is NOT standalone, hence the additional one needed) Launchboard-fe relies on its own provided Dockerfile, within the Launchboard-fe dir.

Additionally, the readme was generally cleaned up and standardized.
