BULL-2715 -- Removed print() function to instead link to the pre-created pdf file.

  • Since the soonish goal is to dynamically generate this look and feel of PDF based on dynamic content, I left the preexisting code that handles generating the original PDF.
  • This MR to add the new PDF file in the static assets delivery needs to be merged in first before this
