New pipeline component

Includes:

• entirely refactored previous components and approach
• included Leader Line package for creating dynamic connecting lines
• refactored JSON file to dynamically create and render the stages and jobs
• removed the supported pipeline tools content since it is handled in the very next section
• removed the chevrons as they provided very little value (after talking with Gareth)
