ALL resource page code put together from Baban, michelle and I. All links mitch gave me added.

do we really need another P1 logo file? could src/assets/images/Resources/Logo-Platform-One 1.png be deleted and just reference the existing logo file (to improve site performance with browser cache).

for consistency, let's use just one of src/assets/images/resources-page or src/assets/images/Resources

there shouldn't be a need for src/assets/images/resources-page/download-button.png. just reuse the DownloadButton component.

highly recommend turning on "format on save" in your IDE. most .vue files in this MR have formatting issues.

(yellow is bad formatting)

should hide gray background swirls (behind the "tabs") in mobile.

tab buttons in sm screen should not be 1 column. also, mobile view in the design has 2 columns.

• bad text wrapping

Platform One tab: "GET MORE INFORMATION WITH OUR VIDEOS" section could use some responsive TLC. (youtube thumbnail not centered in sm). also, Coming Soon button is not under the thumbnail image in mobile.

links/downloads should open in a new tab

image downloads (i.e. P1 Tool Chain) should not have the "pdf" logo since they are not pdf files.

Cyber/DevSecOps & Agile Savings is a link to a page on the p1 site. showing it as a PDF download is disingenuous. Also, it should be a relative url.
