Pipeline all green: https://code.il2.dso.mil/platform-one/products/valkyrie/valkyrie-api/-/pipelines/268889 Gitlab project is archived instead of deleted when the custom resource is deleted. When the custom resource is reapplied, the archived gitlab project will be unarchived.
