1. I have moved the pipeline from private subnet to intra subnet(without nat gateway). Full lock down.
2. I added rke2 required images sourced from release version to be loaded into utility registry thereby removing the need to download them.
3. A custom AMI loaded with rke2 dependent packages was generated to remove the need to download these dependencies from internet.

@runyontr @joshwolf The airgap pipeline is ready for review and to be merge. Currently, it is showing issue with fluent-bit and sonarqube which are already captured via issues tickets.
