Sonarqube openshift value propagation / SAML group name fix

Summary

This MR addresses two issues:

• bigbang #1065
  • This propagates the openshift parameter into the organic consumption from the chart.
• bigbang #1072
  • This fixes the saml group assignment in sonarProperties
