This is quite a decent chunk of change.

1.) Cypress Structure was updated to use a 13.X+ compatible set up & Gluon was updated to 0.4.1 to accommodate the change

2.) Updated all of the necessary packages as seen in the renovate issue

3.) To go in line with the changes in the renovate issue, I updated the upstream chart version to move the crds from using the previous image versions to the latest ones.

I also went ahead and did a preliminary test on the Big Bang Pipeline

also note: This upgrade allows for node exporter to support linux and darwin.
