Alloy security policy exceptions for SELinux support

Summary

• Adds the kyverno && gatekeeper exceptions needed to set SElinux type spec_t securityContext on Alloy-logs
• Related Package MR big-bang/product/packages/alloy!101 (merged)
  • NOTE: Due to the new package test pipelines testing against Umbrella, we need to merge the security policies to Umbrella before we can merge the package changes. We mistakingly did the reverse and now our package pipelines are failing.
