Fix Kiali Status Error for Istiod

Issue:

• There is a status error displayed in Kiali dashboard for Istiod.

Fix:

• Removed istiod component_status entries from bigbang/chart/templates/kiali/values.yaml. These entries were deprecated in the latest 2.14.0 Kiali release, and are now autodiscovered.
