Additional Details

Normally wouldn't do an update to BB for just CI/testing but this one relates to https://repo1.dso.mil/platform-one/big-bang/bigbang/-/issues/707 . Trying to debug some issues I'm seeing with the elastic script test and I believe they are related to using a very old library version.
