Charts were moved from the artifacts folder to a subchart strategy under ./chart/
.env configmap was added via info from RF
nodeSelector for backend was removed for now
Created 2 pvcs for the iso-master subchart

Chart does "work" on a clean cluster install via helm, but since we don't have access to images the chart sits at ImagePullBackOff
