Configure the Net/Auth Policies with creating new namespace

    As part of the effort to migrate Alloy to its own namespace (Issue #2485), network and authorization policies will need to be either updated to include new namespace for alloy to work.

    Acceptance Criteria

    • Ensure Alloy is able to deploy with its current configuration with the network policies
    • Ensure Alloy is able to deploy with its current configuration with authorization policies
