The new upstream chart contains a new test that runs anchorectl system smoke-tests run. It pulls docker.io/alpine:3.18.3 and scans it to validate things are working as expected. For this to work, two service entries were added in the umbrella chart, and a network policy scoped down to the smoketest pod was added in values.yaml.
