Updated Kubernetes Labels

Summary

• Added standard kubernetes labels including app.kubernetes.io/name and app.kubernetes.io/version in support of Kiali Labelling Epic
• Reverted changes made as part of previous approach
• Synced prometheus exporter dependency chart from upstream which now has the standard kubernetes labels as well
