Feat: Update Chart to 0.15.3 App v1.7.2

Update upstream chart reference to v0.15.3, application version 1.7.2

Notable changes:

• Tuning fluent-bit and adding the following changes recommended for production environments:
  • storage.path in SERVICE block
    • Making use of Configurable HostPath volume mounted on nodes where fluent-bit is running
  • storage.type=fileystem in INPUT blocks
  • containerd parser thanks to @iahmad
  • Increased Mem_Buffer limit in tail INPUT
