Removes gitlab-ci-pipelines dashboard (this does not work without an API token) in favor of gitlab-ci-pipelines-exporter feature chart: https://repo1.dso.mil/big-bang/product/maintained/gitlab-ci-pipelines-exporter

above package has the gitlab-ci-pipelines dashboard included.
