Gitlab-Exporter image is missing from the latest image.txt

There should be a registry1.dso.mil/ironbank/gitlab/gitlab/gitlab-exporter in tests/images.txt

No need to create a Gitlab release. Skip the release. Use "SKIP UPDATE CHECK" in the title of the MR.

NOTE for whenever this ticket gets picked up: This list is dynamically generated by CI. To add additional images we will need to:

• Add a tests/images.txt file with the image names + versions
• Update renovate.json to pick up these changes (example so that this file doesn't get missed when updating)
• Add a note to renovate to update the synker file in BB as well - https://repo1.dso.mil/platform-one/big-bang/bigbang/-/blob/master/scripts/package/synker.yaml

The gitlab-exporter image only gets pulled when monitoring is enabled. Monitoring is not enabled for CI pipelines. Therefore the image gets skipped. Will plan to include this with the next gitlab release.

I forked the repo and tested the renovate function with an older version of gitlab-exporter (14.3.0) specified in test/images.txt

Results:
