Describe the problem, what were you doing when you noticed the bug?

Deploying Mattermost with SSO enabled, https://repo1.dso.mil/big-bang/product/packages/mattermost/-/blob/main/chart/templates/bigbang/istio/mattermostServiceEntry.yaml and https://repo1.dso.mil/big-bang/product/packages/mattermost/-/blob/main/chart/templates/bigbang/istio/ssoServiceEntry.yaml attempt to deploy with the same name.

Helm install failed for release mattermost/mattermost with chart mattermost@9.7.3-bb.0: error while running post render on files: may not add resource with an already registered id: ServiceEntry.v1beta1.networking.istio.io/mattermost-mattermost.mattermost

Provide any steps possible used to reproduce the error (ideally in an isolated fashion).
