Automate Integration with BB Elastic

Summary

Currently elastic integration for search indexing can be done manually, but its not the most straight forward since you need to connect to the internal cluster service. This can be automated through the custom resource and allowed via a toggle in Big Bang to connect to the default deployed elastic. See the docs below.
