Are you able to get the regular expression to work with something like this--I don't think the carriage returns/linefeed checks are necessary:

This is looking good. I do see this one missing after running renovate with some hacked/old versions to update -- I think removing the "s on the tag will fix it:

This looks good. I'm seeing the bats version update come in now.

Un-related to these changes -- I am seeing a strange issue where my renovate is not creating the MR and shows an error on the issue--but the issue is created. This appears to happen as soon as we hit 14 required updates. Probably just a local issue on my setup, but documenting it here.
