Summary

** I can bump version/merge if !97 (merged) goes in 1st **

Changed uid:gid to 1001:1001 for monitor.prometheus-exporter

upstream image changed a bit for exporter. The python packages are installed as uid:gid 1001:1001 to /home/python.

in order to see the installed packages, we need to run processes as uid:gid 1001:1001 .
