docs: update prometheus debugging steps

Summary

Encountered this issue during the release and felt like these steps could be a little clearer to someone who has never used vault before. The commands are mostly copied straight from the top of the document to remove confusion as to what "Re-save the Access/Authentication Methods/kubernetes/Configuration/Configure settings` means without context.
