Draft: Remove squid capturing logic

• removes squid from build job (squid conf / startup / proxy)
• removes ACCESS_LOGS artifact where referenced, this was a list of packages installed via nexus (literally http://nexus-repository-manager.nexus.svc.cluster.local:8080/foo/bar/mypackage .. per package. The list was part of the scan logic evaluation (since removed) and previously added to HM attestation (not current and not documented)
