Description

This MR supports #949 by making Integrating Robotnik in the pipeline, minimizing downstream pipeline calls:

Risk

What is the risk of this deployment? Chore Findings could be created incorrectly temporarily, but this has been mitigated by extensive testing in staging.

Rollback Plan

Do we have a defined rollback plan if the deployment doesn't go as expected? Return to the previous version, re-enabling robotnik while the issues are mitigated
