Feat: Update Chart to 0.15.3 App v1.7.2
Update upstream chart reference to v0.15.3, application version 1.7.2
Notable changes:
- Tuning fluent-bit and adding the following changes recommended for production environments:
- storage.path in SERVICE block
- Making use of Configurable HostPath volume mounted on nodes where fluent-bit is running
- storage.type=fileystem in INPUT blocks
- containerd parser thanks to @iahmad
- Increased Mem_Buffer limit in tail INPUT
- storage.path in SERVICE block
