FYI... there is an IronBank issue opened on the 13.2.2 gitlab-runner-helper image

Still no ETA on when Gitlab will complete the newer 13.8.0 version of gitlab-runner-helper.
When they do finish it we need to make sure that they don't carry forward the issue that exists in version 13.2.2.
