Get User Feedback

Let leadership, the BB team, and PB team know that this is ready for testing and end user feedback. Get feedback from all of them to determine how long this testing period should be.

To test just have them set .Values.istio.hardened.enabled to true and .Values.istio.values.values.pilot.env to {"ENABLE_NATIVE_SIDECARS":true} for an upgrade. Ideally nothing should work differently.

If things need to be fixed add more issues to this epic and work them.
