Upgrade Job for Automating Upgrade to 1.20.0-bb.0
Elasticsearch 1.20.0-bb.0 upgrade requires pre-upgrade task of deleting the prometheus-elasticsearch-exporter manually due to trying to patch immutable spec of a deployment. Based off of comment-big-bang/bigbang!5207 (comment 2579796), a goal is to move toward automation to handle pre/post-upgrade jobs for upgrading helm releases, a post-upgrade job should be able to handle to handle deletions or restarts of deployment/stateful sets.
