In order to upgrade to users must first suspend the Fluentbit HelmRelease, and then delete the sync-elastic-cert-secret and sync-elastic-password-secret Kyverno ClusterPolicys in the logging namespace, as the changes to these ClusterPolicies will block the Fluentbit update. If you upgrade Fluentbit before deleting these by accident, deleting them should allow the upgrade to continue.
