v1.1.1 is missing fluent-bit image in repositories.tar.gz

Describe the problem, what were you doing when you noticed the bug? We're missing the fluent-bit image from the 1.1.0 and 1.1.1 release. In the verified in the images.txt for both releases that "registry1.dso.mil/ironbank/opensource/fluent/fluent-bit:1.6.3" is missing. Last seen in the 1.0.7 release.

Provide any steps possible used to reproduce the error (ideally in an isolated fashion).

What version of BigBang were you running? 1.1.0 and 1.1.1 This can be retrieved multiple ways:
